    RENTAL POLICIES

    To secure a reservation, fill out the quote request form and we will reach out within 24 hours. For immediate response and last minute bookings call or text the number listed below. A non-refundable $25 deposit is required for all orders. You can pay the deposit securely via zelle once provided.


    Once your order is reserved, you can still make changes at least 7 business days out from your reservation date; Cancellations will result in the loss of the $25 deposit fee.


    WE ONLY OFFER DELIVERY ONLY NO PICK UPS AT THE MOMENT.


    A $25 delivery fee will be charged on top of the order total. Orders over $200 will receive complimentary delivery free of charge.


    DAMAGE WAIVER


    YOU ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL REPLACEMENT COST OF OUR EQUIPMENT IF DAMGES OCCUR DUE TO THE ABUSE OR MISUSE OF OUR EQUIPMENT AND/OR THE MYSTERIOUS LOSS OR THEFT OF OUR EQUIPMENT. CRIMINAL CHARGES MAY FOLLOW.


    INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY


    YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING TRACK OF THE WEATHER FOR YOUR EVENT. SHOULD INCLEMENT WEATHER OCCUR ON THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT WE WILL HONOR 1 COMPLIMENTARY RE-SCHEDULE DATE BUT NO REFUNDS.
